Middle School Volleyball players/parents: Wednesday's volleyball game against St. Mary's will begin at 4. Girls riding the bus from Dufur should be at the school by 2:30, girls in The Dalles should meet us at St. Mary's by 3:15. The games will be played B, A, C.
As a result of a failed water test, this evenings High School Volleyball match has been moved to South Wasco County High School, beginning at 5:00 pm. We will still be doing Senior Recognition prior to the match.
Also, school will be closed again tomorrow, Wednesday 10/23.
The FAFSA night, scheduled for this evening 10/21 has been postponed until Wednesday 10/23, same time..
ATTENTION FOOTBALL PLAYERS! There will be NO football practice today (Mon. 21st). We will resume practice tomorrow (Tues. 22nd) at 3:00 pm.

We had our Homecoming Assembly this afternoon. The court was presented at the assembly and King Asa was crowned!

The Dufur School District invites everyone to the first home Ranger Football Game tomorrow evening vs Pilot Rock at 7:00 pm.
As a thank you to the community for their amazing support of the school district there will be no admission charged, and a free hamburger meal in the Dufur School Cafeteria from 5 to 7:00 pm.
We will be recognizing the people that have worked on our project at the end of the first quarter. At the conclusion of the third quarter we will be recognizing everyone that has played football for the Rangers through the years.

Due to work being completed on a water line near Dufur School, we will not be in session Monday October 21 and Tuesday Oct. 22. Monday October 28 which was scheduled as a teacher work day, is now an instructional day.
Spanish 1 and 2 students made Amaté bark paintings in class today. This cultural tradition stems all the way back to the time of the Aztecs. Stop by Señora Whitley's room to see all of their fantastic work!

The Jerri Walker DePriest Memorial Endowment Fund received a generous $ 19,157.67 donation from the Everett (EE) and Betty Marvel Trust this morning. Everett and Betty were long time members of the Dufur Community and were always big supporters of the Dufur School District. Everett graduated from Dufur High School in 1940. Dufur graduates will benefit from their generosity forever!
