1. GUESTS & PUBLIC COMMENT 

The public comment agenda item provides an opportunity for constituents to address the Dufur School District Board of Education. The Chair will call on individuals who have signed up to provide comments. When your name is called, be seated at the designated table and state your name. Speakers may offer objective criticism of District operation and programs, but the Board will not hear complaints concerning individual district personnel. Hard copies of policy BDDH Public Participation in Meetings, and Policy KL; Public Complaints are available on the table and at www.dufur.k12.or.us. Undue interruption or other interference with the orderly conduct of Board business cannot be allowed. Defamatory or abusive remarks are always out of order. If the speaker persists in improper conduct or remarks they will be asked to leave. Each presenter will have a maximum of three minutes to speak. All comments would be directed to the Board Chair.
